To the best of Blueboy Chihuahuas knowledge and belief, this puppy is in good sound health, free from symptoms of contagious and infectious diseases at time of sale. This puppy has had first shots in the series and it is the buyers responsibility to complete these shots. No further health guarantee is made or implied.

If the Buyer believes this puppy to be sick, it is recommended that this puppy be taken to a veterinarian (of the Buyers choice) within fourteen (14) days of bringing him/her home (“Adoption Date”). If the puppy is in anything but “Good Health” due to infectious or genetic disease (not injury or mishandling), all money will be refunded, or a replacement puppy will be provided at seller’s choice - contingent on a Veterinarian Certificate being provided to Blueboy Chihuahuas. This does not include the presence of worms, which may be found in any healthy puppy. No treatment is authorized by the breeder if the puppy is to be returned ...If treatment is emergency and given in that manner the responsibility of payment is the buyers. This guarantee is made for the protection of both the buyer and the breeder.

• At no time will the Buyer allow this puppy to get more than one (1) shot per veterinarian visit. Under no circumstances for any reason will the Buyer allow this puppy to receive the Rabies Vaccine before 5 months of age.

• Blueboy Chihuahuas assumes no responsibility for this puppy/dog after he/she leaves the premises for medical expenses.

• Buyer agrees to offer puppy/dog back to Blueboy Chihuahuas for rehoming if at any time the buyer finds they can no longer provide a nurturing home for the puppy/dog.

• Buyer agrees to treat the puppy with a gentle voice and a light hand. No hitting of any kind is permitted.

• Blueboy Chihuahuas agrees to be available to the buyer for advice, training, follow up care, questions and transitional support for the entire life of the puppy.

• This puppy comes with a full ten (10) year guarantee from date of purchase for any genetic defect causing death or a genetic condition that has serious quality of life issues. A veterinarian certificate must be presented in the event of genetic questionability; a necropsy report will be requisite in the event of death. In either instance, a DNA test must be performed at the request of the breeder to prove pedigree. All fees are the responsibility of the Buyer. Within five (5) years, the Breeder, at her discretion and with consent of the Buyer, will provide a replacement puppy at the next opportunity or refund full purchase price. After five (5) years up until ten (10) years they Breeder will replace the dog with a puppy of the same quality and sex of the original.

If any of these written clauses, are broken, the Health Guarantee is Null and Void.
